For years, our customers kept asking us the same question:
When will you start doing breakfast?
Then, back in 2016, we finally decided it was time to listen—and served our very first sit-down breakfast inside The Pig BBQ.
And who was our very first breakfast customer?
Tim Smith of Fredericktown!
Tim had been asking us for years when we were finally going to start serving breakfast. So, when opening day finally came, Tim was ready.
He sat down and said, “I have waited my whole live to get an egg on a triple Combination!”
Well, Tim… we finally listened!
And just like that, breakfast at The Pig was officially underway.
Breakfast quickly became a big part of The Pig, and we’re thankful for every early riser who has pulled up a chair with us over the years.
Today, we open even earlier at 5:30 AM and serve breakfast until 10:30 AM, seven days a week.
And somewhere along the way, we decided breakfast should be even better for our youngest customers:
